Our signature program

Everyday Athlete is built for those who serve — military, law enforcement, fire, EMS — and anyone preparing to answer that call.

This program is going to develop real-world strength, conditioning, endurance, and grit you need to handle the demands you’ll face.

It’s about building resilience that holds up under pressure — not just in the gym, but where it matters most.

You’ll need access to the equipment below:

  • Barbells

  • Kettlebells and/or Dumbbells

  • Sandbags (optional, but recommended)

At least 1 of the below:

  • Rower

  • Ski erg

  • Air bike or C2 Bike
